I had a nice Christmas stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the basics. I really appreciated the breakfast buffet-way better than I expected for a 3-star place! The staff were super friendly and always on top of keeping everything clean and tidy. Plus, the location is great for shopping with tons of nearby furniture shops and market vibes.
The bathrooms were quite small, and there was some cleanliness issues with the room—definitely saw a few unwanted guests, like cockroaches. it would’ve been nice to have more variety at breakfast since the menu didn't change much.

Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Dubai. All members of the stuff were polite and courteous. Great location close to two metro station, restaurants and old Indian and Pakistanis stores and restaurants, I felt safe. Deira district was worth exploring.

Just wrapped up a night at City Stay Premium Hotel. The housekeepers nailed it with cleanliness, but the plumbing in my room definitely needed a fix. The location was spot on for exploring local hotspots! Not too shabby if you're not picky about the little things.

Friendly and helpful staff. The Standard-studio was very big, a good kitchen. The airconditioning worked effectively. Good gym. International clients.
Not much vegetables and no fruit at all included in the breakfast. Changing of towels rarely, only one small roll of toilet paper at a time which was used almost in a day. No hair dryer. Cockroaches. Location unknown to many taxidrivers.

The location is convenient, with numerous restaurants nearby. The cleanliness of the room was concerning. I encountered hairs on the towels and issues with water pressure throughout my stay. Though some staff, particularly housekeepers, were attentive, the front desk service left much to be desired. The discomfort from the worn-out mattress was significant, detracting from an otherwise straightforward visit.

It was good 2 stay here... The language barrier is a little problem....but then again the language barrier is in the whole country

spacious rooms, really good front desk assistance
The facilities require significant upgrades!!! Cleanliness was questionable, with oily floors and a dark apartment ambiance. Wi-Fi claims were misleading. Improve the location factoring in access to transport or attractions!!!

Our room was a nice size, also it had a safe box, television and a microwave. The bathroom was clean, that's important.

Good size rooms, great for the price, airline staff staying their so is good quality, close to shops and bargain shopping.
Didn't have any maps of the area, no information about Dubai in English. Had big problems finding a taxi who knew where the hotel is. Beware of Taxi cabs as they always take the longest way, Took us 40 minutes to get to the hotel 5klm because no drivers knew where it was as the hotel does not have their address on the room keys. Make sure you get a card from them with address.

What a shocker, the bathrooms were a disaster with water everywhere, gross! The staff could use a lesson in friendliness, woudl ve been nice to be treated like a VIP. I almost would've raved about my stay, but the noise from the street was unbearable, unacceptable for a hotel!

closeness to the gold souk
Reception staff were not interested in our queries of tourism in the area and helpfulness in directing us to certain streets or facilities. One of the beds was uncomfortable and pillow lumpy. there is a sign at reception advising of the time of airport shuttle bus but this was unavailable to us. the swimming pool was locked and we could not gain access.

The location, cleanliness and the helpful and friendly hotel staff. Our stay was pleasant and we would certainly return to this hotel in future.
The towels are clean but a bit dated. A throughout our stay we had problem with the key and had to ask the hotel staff to open our room every time we return. However, this is not much of an inconvenience because the hotel staff was very very helpful in ensuring our stay was pleasant.
